When can I begin construction on a home in Benton at Magnolia Woods?

Currently, we are estimating the residential construction will begin in Q4 2024. This timing is subject to change.

Will Benton at Magnolia Woods utilize and enforce Design Guidelines?

Yes. Benton at Magnolia Woods is a design-regulated residential development. All residential and landscape plans will require approval prior to the start of construction. Each general contractor will be required to gain approval to build a home in the subdivision before beginning any construction. Further, any exterior renovations, remodeling or substantial landscaping alterations will be subject to the same design review process as the initial residential design and construction.

Will Benton at Magnolia Woods include any amenities?

Yes. The community will be anchored by a professionally-designed pocket park with a large pond and green space. It will also include a small commercial area with a family lawn.

What will the commercial district feature?

While still being planned, it is likely that the commercial district will likely include some combination of hospitality-, service-, and retail-oriented businesses — including, but not limited to, a coffee shop, a breakfast / lunch restaurant, boutique fitness, and other services.

Will Benton at Magnolia Woods form a Homeowner’s Association?

Yes. In order to ensure a high standard of quality and to protect the property value of our homeowners, the developers will form a member-administrated association guided by bylaws and the recorded covenants and restrictions.
