Community Design

Mixed-Use Commercial Space.

Another hallmark of traditional neighborhood design is the inclusion of mixed-use commercial space embedded within the community. Designed for community engagement, our two-story commercial building will house retail, restaurants, and a half-acre green space downstairs, with office suites available for purchase upstairs — all connected to the community pond.

10,000 sq ft total, divisible into up to 5 separate spaces — a rare chance for local business owners to put down roots inside a walkable neighborhood from day one.
