When you submit our contact form, interact with our AI chat assistant, or otherwise reach out, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the nature of your interest (for example, prospective homeowner, builder, or commercial tenant), and any message or details you choose to share.
AI chat conversations
When you use our AI chat assistant, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. We also keep a record of the conversation: if you share your contact details in the chat, our sales team is notified by email, and when the chat session ends a transcript and summary of the conversation is emailed to our team so we can follow up. Please do not share sensitive information (such as financial account or Social Security numbers) in the chat.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source, and how you interact with the Site. We use this for analytics and to improve the Site. If you arrive through one of our QR codes, campaign links, or an embedded site plan on a partner's website, we also record which campaign or partner referred you.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and follow up about lots, builders, pricing, and availability by email, phone call, or text message;
- To record your inquiry in our customer records so our team can track and follow up on it;
- To provide and improve the Site, including our AI chat assistant;

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the Site and respond to you, including with:
- Service providers that operate the Site on our behalf — for example, our hosting provider (Vercel), which also provides site performance monitoring (Vercel Speed Insights); email delivery (Resend); Google Sheets, where contact form submissions are stored as customer records; website analytics (Google Analytics); and our AI chat provider (Anthropic), which processes chat messages to generate responses;
- Our affiliates and representatives, including the Benton sales team and Harvest Companies, to follow up on your inquiry; and
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
Calls & Text Messages
If you give us your phone number, a member of our sales team may call or text you about your inquiry and about lots, homes, and events at Benton. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling you by telling the caller or emailing admin@harvestcompanies.com. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. We also use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page load performance; it collects anonymous performance data and does not use cookies.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with our legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. This includes contact form records kept in our customer spreadsheet and chat transcripts and notifications kept in our email records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.
Your Choices
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing admin@harvestcompanies.com. To stop receiving marketing emails, follow the unsubscribe instructions in the message or contact us directly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
